Bug Labs launches the BUGBase WiFi, a module-based Linux PC for “quick device prototyping” that enables you to assemble several gadgets you required by only linking simple, functional components jointly. The palm-sized PC can be attached to any combination of up to four BUG modules as well as make the decisive prototype.
BUGbase WiFi is enhanced by a 523MHz ARM 11 CPU, 128MB SDRAM along with 32MB on-board flash storage. The gadget sustains up to 16GB microSD cards. It has included Wi-Fi 802.11b/g as well as Bluetooth support. The BUGbase WiFi yet presents hardware graphic acceleration with included MPEG4 encoding/decoding.
The portable computer contains USB 2.0 ORG HOST port, Ethernet port along with a mini LCD display. It runs Poky Linux 1.4.
