this is the error that shows up every time after the computer restarts.

I didn't notice a specific period when it restarts. Just...bang.

    Pentium 4, Intel, sp3,xp, 2x512 ram, radeon x550, 120 gb, 3.00 ghz cpu

please help me, it is really annoying.

Right-click on My Computer icon and choose Properties. There, go to advanced tab. Under Startup and Recovery click Settings. Under System Failure uncheck the automatically reboot checkbox. Click OK two time to save settings.
