I just assembled my new PC with Biostar TA790GXBE motherboard and Athlon X2 245 with Windows XP SP2. The problem is that my computer recognises only 768 MB RAM instead of the 1 GB installed. My older Pentium 4 system recognised the same RAM stick as 0.99 GB.
The PC was assembled into a Zebronics cabinet. Everything works fine, except the front audio-in / out ports. Even the Realtek audio manager does not recognise these ports. My shop keeper told me this is a usual problem with present day cabinets.
