Thread: Help needed!

Hello,
I bought a Acer Aspire Netbook One 533 set it up and used it for a sometime and then closed it down. Attempted to use it again a some minutes ago and I now can't reach. The entry screen displays and I put in my password but get the complying message 'username or password is not proper. Please help.

This is going to sound a bit stupid but attempt the correct username and password. If that doesn't perform then you can get support of a piece of software that will take out the username and password for you, not confirm if it is legal though. Apart from that a reinstall of the OS arrives inset.

Check your capslock key.
