Windows Registry is a group of records of all system settings, hardware settings and software settings. The computer's performance can be severely affected by a removed or modified the registry entry. So be careful before selecting the de-registration. If you still want to continue Click on Start and then Run and type regedit and export the key you want to change by following the instructions in the "Backup moving part of the register" above. Now select the key you want to delete. Now, press the Delete key or click the right mouse button and choose Delete. Close the Registry Editor. Follow the instructions and you're done.

To delete the registry files, you can search the software available for it, and some steps to manually delete the log, but let me say that if you are a student of computer science and has a good knowledge of related records or animals only try playing with him more than playing with the log files is not a business, you can do for the corruption of some of your files and software, which can leave the software to work properly. If you somehow managed to corrupt your files, Windows registry, you may even lead to reformat the PC.
