I have a Dell U2412M IPS and will play quite well, and while this is like colors, no reviews for all tastes, I prefer widescreen 16:9 to 16:10, playing games and everything, i have not tried 120hz monitors, so I can not compare.

The truth is I was torn between these two monitors, in the Dell U2312HM amazon costs is low comapre to the Dell U2412M, the price difference is quite large are they exactly the same or are there some that are better at playing removing the difference in 16:10 and 16:9.
