Os level thread

Hi,

here i am using 160gb harddisk,1gb ram.I am running my SAP IDES .now recently my system suddenly going to blue screen and showing

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

*** STOP : 0X0000001A(OXOOO4128B,0X00006201).

Begining dump of physical memory.
dumping physical memory to disk.


I am unable to solve plz help me the solving problem.
