Thread: Plan advances

How many you will, the plan seeks to increase the penetration of computers and Internet connectivity to homes in Spain to get "to" other European citizens. To this end, lends to ZERO INTEREST RATE AND FOR FREE.

Broadly, the plan has three components:

CITIZENS:

- Who can apply? : Residents in Spain who already have Internet access or the Contractor in the application for this funding.
- What is it funded? The purchase of computer (laptop or desktop), high Internet connectivity (if no one has before), software and peripherals.
- Maximum: 100% of the investment (including VAT) with a maximum of 3,000 euros.
- Repayment period: 36 months. You can choose to waiting 3 months (over three months no fees are paid). Monthly amortization and constant.

YOUTH:

- Who can apply? : Residents in Spain are between 18 and 35 years and academics that have an Internet connection or the Contractor in the application for this funding.
- What is it funded? The purchase of computer (laptop or desktop), high Internet connectivity (if no one has before), software and peripherals.
- Maximum: 100% of the investment (including VAT) with a maximum of 3,000 euros.
- Repayment period: 60 months. No option to lack. Monthly amortization and constant.


SMEs:

- Who can apply? : Small and medium enterprises which have no connection to broadband Internet and invest in equipment to connect, as well as those who have connection but that will invest in software / hardware to improve their business processes or develop business and electronic billing.
- What is it funded? : Hardware, software, as well as the high-speed connection, the development of a portal business, investment in applications that facilitate electronic commerce and electronic billing.
- Maximum: 100% of investment (excluding VAT) with a maximum of 50,000 euros per beneficiary final.
- Repayment period: 36 months. You can choose to waiting 3 months (over three months no fees are paid). Monthly amortization and constant.


For quick reference, the steps are as follows:,
1) Choose one of the financing options discussed above, form-filling application for it. The forms of each option are as follows:

2) Go with a copy of ID card, this application form and an invoice (budget) of the equipment that we are interested in acquiring one of the financial entities adhered to the plan (preferably the financial institution to work with, always put less "stick"). The partners are:


IMPORTANT NOTE: The websites of the ICO and the Plan Avanza does not speak of the invoice. For the financial institution to justify the investment destination of the Ministry, must submit an invoice (budget), which details the investment to be made (you can also submit an invoice for a computer purchased in the last 6 months). Once granted the loan to enable him to keep the interest rates and zero commissions, you must submit the final invoice for the acquisition (below is an adjustment of the loan amount so actually affordable) and the availability of broadband connection within a maximum of 4 months.

3) The financial institution will ask you to fill other attachments that are included in your personal and investment to make. Also available on the websites enabled for the plan but it is preferable that the financial institution where the fill (the sign you must - two copies -) as well as the application of the loan.

4) The financial institution will approve the transaction and will contact the ICO that fortnight to fortnight, will release funds for the loans they get through the partners and, once they are available from your loan, you will be credited to your account.
