One of the unique requirements during the implementation of NAV 4.0 was to allow creation of transfer orders even before the items were received or available in the stock. The ather unique requirement was to incorporate all India taxes without affecting the Finance module. Some of the key customizations included: Having Value Added Tax (VAT) calculations on MRP of items, quantity based schemes, numbering series for each location and restricting data access for users to their individual regional data.The company now has access to real time data on sales, returns and inventory at different locations across India. This enables them to track sales and inventory on a daily basis. They can also gather accurate information on actual sales and check stock positions across their 24 locations countrywide.
