Verbatim launched its line of SureFire convenient "combo" hard drives, outfitted with USB 2.0 as well as FireWire 800 interfaces. They're obtainable in 250-500GB capacities.

The peripheral hard disk drives are bus-powered and are ready with one USB 2.0 plus one FireWire 800 port. Cables are provided, with a FireWire 400/800 cable. The case is made of black aluminum with a fingerprint-resistant matte finish. In the interior is a 2.5-inch hard disk drive system working at 5400 RPM. A black defending carrying casing is integrated. The drives measure 3.13 x 5.0 x 0.66 inches and weigh about 0.41 lbs.
