Family nettop EeeBox soon be updated: it enters the new model, which will be made on the basis of the platform Ion. This Nettop will be pre-operating system Windows 7 Home Basic.

Model called EB1501 weighs about 1.2kg and has a dual-core Atom 330 processor with a frequency of 1.6GHz, 2GB RAM, 250GB hard drive, GeForce 9400M integrated graphics and writing DVD-drive. In Nettop also built-ins Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi, a card reader 5-in-1 output HDMI. Supposedly, the new Nettop will cost about € 400 in the batch of 1000 pieces. Since at EB1501 installed version of Windows 7, it appears the market is not expected before October 22.
