The first of these two new GeForce expected to recall a board graphics chipset GT218 engraved in 40 nm and 600 MHz (1425 MHz for the shaders), the 512 MB of onboard memory running at 800 MHz on a 64-bit bus. The second, more powerful, use a graphics chipset GT216 clocked at 615 MHz (1335 MHz for the shaders) with 512MB (or 1GB) of memory to 1580 MHz GDDR3 on a 128-bit bus.
