The MS550 from NesteQ thanks very small size to save space. After removing the lid, the interior is freely available and enable easy and quick installation of the hardware. The drives are mounted on a removable drive cage, a 2.5-inch hard drive, a slim DVD or Bluray takes up drive. Installation option for expansion cards, there are none. The MS550 can be installed both vertically and horizontally, matching feet are included. The buyer has the choice between a black and silver or white-silver appearance.

The case is for the use of a mini-ITX board, passively cooled atomic preference for platforms intended. The materials used in steel and aluminum provide good thermal properties, also a 40-mm fan provides according to the manufacturer for silent cooling. Rubberized surfaces of the feet absorb drive vibration.
