G. Skill has launched new RAM modules supporting the standard DDR3L. This means that their supply voltage is 1.35 volts only. This is significantly less than the 1.5 volt DDR3 modules conventional or of the 1.65-volt DDR3 more efficient.

The G. Skill ECO therefore allows an 18% reduction in blood compared to other manufacturer's modules, and lower heat emissions by 16%. Several different rates are proposed and it is in all cases of dual channel kit 4GB (2x2GB). G. Skill is not communicating on rates and availability dates for the actual moment.
