When before the release of Windows 7 remains little more than a week, Toshiba started to tease their future users of laptops with the new operating system. Presenting ultraportable model Satellite T100 and Qosmio X500-based Core i7, the manufacturer has announced the imminent release of several more compact models with touchscreen.
The new notebooks Satellite U500 and M500 have already appeared on the market, but now they installed the operating system Windows Vista. Very soon release a Toshiba Satellite U505 Touch, and Satellite M505 Touch, equipped with touch screens and have a preset of Windows 7.
Laptop Toshiba Satellite U500 has a 13.3 "display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels, 2 GHz dual-core processor Pentium T4200, 4GB RAM, DVD-burner drive, 6-cell battery and weighs about 2kg. Model M500 a bit more bulky, weighs almost 2.5kg. U this laptop 14 "display and processor AMD Turion X2.
Toshiba has not announced how much it cost sensor versions of these laptops, but they are likely to be slightly more expensive than basic models. The appearance of these laptops on the market can be expected from October 22.
