The manufacturer Micron has just announced the arrival of new chips for NAND flash memory etched into 34 nm and for the professional products. These chips are indeed more resistant than chips conventional NAND flash memory: 30000 write cycles for chip 32 Gb NAND MLC or six times that read the classic MLC NAND, and 300 000 cycles of writing for a chip 16 Gb SLC, three times more than equivalent chips.
These flash memory chips Enterprise NAND "bear specifications Open NAND Flash Interface (ONFI) 2.1 and are therefore capable of reaching transfer speeds of around 200MB / s. The mass production is planned for the next year.
