Asus Japan announced the upcoming launch of a new model EeePC, the 1005HA Business Edition. Featuring a 10.1 inch screen (1024 x 600 pixels), this netbook loads unsurprisingly Atom N280 processor clocked at 1.66 GHz.

There is also 2GB of DDR2 memory, a hard disk of 160 GB and an integrated graphics chipset. More surprising, however, while the majority of netbooks announced in recent weeks will be delivered with Windows 7, the EeePC 1005HA Business Edition is delivered on its side with Windows XP Professional. Asus finally announced a range of up to 10.2 hours.
