After the worst hype around Windows 7, Microsoft has now released so placed a platform update for Windows Vista. The most notable in this update is support for DirectX 11 Windows 7 has been developed for the new graphics technology from scratch, but also Windows Vista will now also give full support for DirectX 11th Microsoft claims that Windows 7 has some small advantages in using DX11 but it is something that probably will be difficult to find in games and applications.
The new platform update is also embattled to Windows Server 2008 as well as requires that users have by now installed Service Pack 2.
Besides DX11 support is available here also some other news that has already appeared in Windows 7 and a complete list of updates are going to hit on Microsoft's website.
But now there is anyway no requirement for users to buy Windows 7 in order to enjoy the new DirectX 11 effects Tessellation or Direct Compute the non-graphical applications.
