Zalman has announced a new processor cooler in the market as most of our readers are not entirely unfamiliar with. Noctua NF-D14 was presented already at Computex last summer where we caught the condenser on the image and could reveal some additional information. The condenser is on hold firmly to their specifications and uses six copper heat pipes to lead the heat from the CPU to its dual aluminum flanges. Flanges in turn kept well chilled by two NF-P fans, one at 120mm and the other manufacturer's re-launched 140mm fanNF-P14 FLX.
The condenser has a net weight of 1240g with two coolers installed and will maintain a sound level of between 12,6-19,8 dB (A) while maintaining good airflow. The dimensions are Noctua NH-D14 comes with 2 pieces Ultra-Low-Noise Adapter (ulna) to control the sound level of the fans, and the manufacturer's own NT-H1 Thermal Compound. With a warranty period of 6 years and supports both Intel and AMD's latest processor platforms.
