A GT200b and G92b on the same PCB!
The manufacturer EVGA announced the launch of its GeForce GTX 275 CO-OP PhysX Edition graphics card grouping on a single PCB two different NVIDIA chipsets.
GT200b + G92b =?
A GT200b clocked at 633 MHz, with 240 stream processors at 1296 MHz, is in fact dependent calculations and 3D displays in general, while a second GPU, G92b (operating at 738 MHz) with 128 processors rotating flux at 1836 MHz, in turn, is fully dedicated to managing the physical. Each GPU has also its own memory: 896Mo GDDR3 memory to 1134 MHz on a 448-bit bus for GT200b, 384MB of GDDR3 memory at 1100 MHz using a 256-bit bus for the G92b. In summary, the GeForce GTX 275 CO-OP PhysX Edition behaves like a GeForce GTX 275 with a GeForce GTS 250 dedicated to the management of PhysX.
There remains a slight problem: the price. EVGA sells because it’s GeForce GTX 275 CO-OP PhysX Edition at a price of 349.99 dollars. The only consolation is a coupon to download the game Batman: Arkham Asylum that comes with the card.
