The manufacturer IO Data has announced the launch of several products using the new USB 3.0 external hard drive (HDJ-UT), an expansion card in the ExpressCard format (USB3-EXC) and a controller card in PCI format -Express 1x (USB3-PEX).

Available in 1TB and 1.5TB, the HDJ-UT is capable of a maximum speed of 139 Mb / s. This external hard drive is also compatible with USB 2.0 controllers, but of course the flow will be less high. In turn, expansion cards each have two USB 3.0 ports. Count $ 231 for HDJ-UT 1TB, $ 279 for the 1.5TB model, $ 69 for the PCI-Express USB3-PEX and 93 dollars for USB3-EXC.
