Google continues to develop its browser Chrome. When you now launched a new beta version has not only seen to tune the performance of your browser, but also linked it up against its own "cloud" of online services. Chrome 4 Beta will be the full 400% faster than the first version of the browser, while it is still 30% faster than the current stable version of Chrome 3 This according to Mozilla's DOM Core tests. But perhaps most interesting is Chrome's new handling of bookmarks.
As more and more migrate between computers at work and home has become almost impossible to keep track of all their bookmarks. When you sit at work and to show colleagues where the cool video clip that you ran into last night is obviously just a bookmark in your home computer.
With Chrome 4 Beta, you can now synchronize their bookmarks on any computer using their own Google Account. When activated, the synchronization on their computers updated and bookmarks toolbar automatically when you make changes to any of your computers. Google has posted an explanatory video demonstration on YouTube that says the most.
A clearly nice feature that also works with Mozilla Weave in its add-on, but it does not come as far as Google.
