With the advent of the third generation of the Serial ATA interface, it seemed his predecessor, Parallel ATA, dead and buried. Team Group is proving otherwise and announces P2. The SSD is available in three different capacities. The 32GB model will show speeds of 80MB / s read and 50MB / s write. Versions 64 and 128 GB are less efficient (sic) with data rates of only 60 MB / s read speed of 40 MB / s write.
Team Group does not specify what type of controller it uses, it does not know either if the cache is present. The lifetime of reading / writing is announced million to 3 hours more than the MTBF of 2.5 million hours. Team Group guarantees its SSD on two years after purchase. The Taiwanese firm does not indicate when and how much it will propose its P2.
