The manufacturer Lite-On has announced the launch of eHAU324 an external DVD burner capable of reaching speeds of 24x burning with compatible blank media.

Showing dimensions of 165 x 58 x 192 mm with a weight of 1.3 kg, eHAU324 uses a USB 2.0 standard. It can burn DVD + R /-R at 24x, DVD-R / + R DL and DVD-RAM at 12x, DVD + RW 8x, DVD-RW 6x, CD-R 48x and CD-RW at 32x. It also benefits from technology SmartErase to "erase" permanently stored data on recordable media (CD-R, DVD + R, DVD-R). Expected by the end of the month, the eHAU324 Lite-On should be displayed at a rate of about 65 euros.
