Users of Windows XP and Vista will no longer see custom entries in Autorun dialog boxes for USB pen drives. To help prevent the spread of malware through rogue 'autorun.inf' files, a recent Windows update disables them from being executed. Users will be able to open the drives with Windows Explorer a'nd run executables manually. CDs and DVDs will not be affected.
