Xilence recently proposed its silent 4ALL.R3. Note the pun or 4ALL (for all) can be translated into "for all". We found a tower design with a small base from which copper heat pipes to mount two strips of aluminum, widely spaced. A fan of 92 millimeters completes the picture.
