We know already that, among other things, ASUS is working on a special version of AMD's Radeon HD 5750 graphics card and now has one of the first non-reference cards of big brother HD 5770 appeared. The manufacturer behind the launch is called Sapphire card and renamed to PLAY! HD5770. PowerColor has replaced the AMD reference cooler towards a more efficient model from the manufacturer Arctic Cooling. With its copper base and large 92mm fan to keep cooler graphics chip at low temperatures, while the noise level drops significantly.
PowerColor has relied on AMD's reference clock speeds with a GPU at 850MHz and 1GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 1200MHz (4800MHz effective).
With three digital video outputs, HDMI, DVI and DisplayPort, the card has a target price of 159 USD which is equivalent to around 1600 Swedish kronor.
