When Microsoft released a public beta of a new operating system tends to be great interest to test this. However, we have so far not seen the same attention to beta versions of Microsoft's Office suite. This despite the fact that it is perhaps the most widely used software. Now available in all cases the open beet of Office 2010 will download.
Among the innovations of the beet we find compared to Office 2007 improved navigation and a slightly different appearance, the difference is not as great as the change we experienced between Office 2003 and 2007. Among many other innovations, it may be mentioned that PowerPoint now have the ability to integrate video directly into your presentation, not the less elegant way we see today where the videos will open in a separate program.
Virtually all functions of the spell checker to the smart-art appears to have improved in any respect, but the most interesting news is perhaps what Microsoft call Co-authoring. You can perhaps guess what it is about using the word. It therefore goes on to several people at once to work on a document. In other words, the same idea as Google in particular has shown up in the Wave. It remains to be seen what the company giants who are the most successful.
