When Microsoft releases public beta of the new operating system, it asked a lot of people. However, the appearance of a beta version of Microsoft Office such a common excitation is not observed, despite the fact that it is the most commonly used office productivity suite. The way, now you can download the public beta of Office 2010.
Among the innovations that distinguish this version of Microsoft software to Office 2007, have improved navigation and new opportunities for viewing, though the difference was not as big as between Office 2003 and Office 2007. Also worth noting is the emergence of the possibility of embed videos directly into your presentation PowerPoint, which means no need for external applications.
The new Office had been improved almost everything from spell check feature to SmartArt, but perhaps most interesting is the fact that Microsoft named the co-sponsorship (Co-authoring). Title eloquently: This feature enables multiple users to simultaneously work on one and the same instrument. Something similar has already provided the company Google, and so far has yet to find out whose solution is better.
The beta version of Office 2010 can be found here, and the final version of Office 2010 Suite will be released somewhere next spring.
