The 2009 edition of the Professional Developers Conference was held this week in Los Angeles. This event is the great rendezvous between Microsoft and developers and has often been in the past unveiling new information on the software giant's future in Seattle. Two pages presented by the Windows Server team for our attention. They place the arrival of future Windows operating system 8 for the year 2012.

The information itself is not new, it is some time that we hear of such a date, however, have confirmation is always interesting. Remember that Microsoft has now offered a "new" OS every three years. If Windows 7 was a good surprise at that level, they still retain the considerable delay had accumulated his predecessor, Vista, scheduled for 2004 and launched in 2007!
