While Intel's upcoming processors Clarksdale at first glance will not differ significantly in their siblings, we know that it conceals more than the eye can see during the big Heatspreader. Clarksdale is the first processor architecture with Intel baked into the CPU and GPU in one package and for those who found it difficult to visualize this has now cropped up new pictures of Intel's upcoming Core CPU i3, undressed.

The two circles that are visible on the chip are Intel's 32nm-made CPU core, and the 45nm-made graphics chip, which also houses the processor's memory controller.

Intel has in other words; lifting the Northbridge from their chipsets and the new Clarksdale processors to take advantage of its integrated graphics chip requires a motherboard from the new chipset series, H55 and H57.

Clarksdale is expected to be launched January 3, 2010 and shall become Intel's first CPU with integrated GPU chip.
