Company Rambus Inc., One of the largest manufacturers in the world specializing in the creation of high-speed memory architectures, today announced that Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. soon release a 1Gbit memory XDR DRAM. XDR DRAM is a key component of the Rambus XDR memory architecture of high class. Samsung 1Gbit chips XDR DRAM will expand the availability of technology XDR and actively use it for gaming devices, computer hardware and consumer electronics.
