South Korean company Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. plans to launch a so-called foundry production every year to double the production of chips for other manufacturers for as long as Samsung can not overtake his rival and the leader in this market, the company Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
