The source reports that the company Asustek Computer, Acer and Micro-Star International (MSI) expects its sales of ultra-thin notebooks during the annual exhibition of Taiwan's IT Month 2009 will be higher than in 2008.
Company Asustek expects its total sales of notebooks and netbooks in the exhibition will exceed 10,000 units, rising by 20-30% compared to last year, while Acer assumes in the course of the exhibition to sell about 15,000 units. Laptops and computers such as all-in-one production MSI also attracted the attention of consumers at the exhibition.
According to the company Acer, of its sales at the exhibition now accounts for 40% of conventional notebooks, 47% of ultra-thin notebooks and 13% for netbooks, while more than 30% of current sales Asustek accounts for ultra-thin notebooks.
