Micro Star International (MSI) has announced the availability of the Wind U210 - its true 12.1 in netbook with 16:9 aspect wide screen ratio. The Wind U210 provides 14% greater display area as compared to 10in netbooks available in the market. Though there are a few netbook available with 11.6in screens, a 12in netbook grabs extra attention due to its bigger screen size and better resolution.

The Wind U210's widescreen, LED backlit high resolution 1366 x 768 display provides a picture which is wider, brighter, and has better colour saturation providing an awesome visual experience. It weighs only 1.3 kilograms including the battery. The MSI Wind U210's sports a 6-cell battery providing long battery life.

Using the turbo mode enhances battery life up to 4 hours. The Wind U210 also has MSI's own EDS (Ergonomic De-stress) keyboard that has 51 % larger key surfaces. This feature ensures unhindered and comfortable typing for long hours. A 1.3 megapixel webcam is bundled with Easy Face recognition software for enhanced security.
