The ATI Eyefinity presents the ATI Radeon HD 5000 AMD's manufacturer, is very interesting. She can play on three screens (or more) producing an image much larger, up to 8192x8192 pixels. One of the biggest concerns of this technology is that more than two displays, one must necessarily use the DisplayPort. The number of available screens have such an entry is reduced, and most of them are not really gamers.
There is now a solution with the arrival of the first converter active DisplayPort to DVI Japan. The box dimensions rather impressive (when compared to a simple adapter) supports resolutions ranging from 800x600 to 2560x1600 pixels and is officially compatible with the ATI FirePro solutions. It is powered via a USB port.
According to information from our colleagues DriverHeaven, Sapphire should offer this adapter under its own brand. Our colleagues hope to find in the bundle of ATI Radeon HD 5000 of the manufacturer, but we doubt the adapter sells in fact about 165 € TTC in Japanese shops. A relatively high rate, but that should not stop the players prepared to put their hands in their pockets to play a large area.
