As recently OCZ, A-Data announced it had concluded a partnership with the manufacturer SandForce to integrate its controllers and SF-1500 SF-1200 in some of its future SSD for servers and workstations.

The exact specifications of the DSS are not yet known, but it may however already in outline. These two controllers are indeed compatible with SATA Interface 6 Gbps SAS and 6 and they can handle 40 GB to 400 GB of NAND flash memory. The SF-1200 SF-1500 are also capable of reaching speeds of around 270 Mb / s, the FS-1500 is more powerful than his little brother with small files. A-Data should enjoy the ESC 2010 will be held next January to present its new DSS.
