Operating system Microsoft Windows 7, Issue which took place almost two months ago, has already received a significant share of the market. The new OS is sold far more active than its predecessor, Windows Vista, and has managed to take more than 4% of the market. For new systems, the standard was to use 4GB of RAM, and now the majority of consumer computers are installed 64-bit versions of Windows, which can fully utilize the available memory. It is different from the corporate computers, because the corporation is much more conservative and in no hurry to update their computers. On computers that most companies are currently running Windows XP, and some are still using Windows 2000. Now both of these operating systems are in Extended Support Phase (Extended Support phase): the manufacturer will continue to provide monthly security update and free technical support, however, warranty claims and design changes are no longer accepted. Enhanced support for Windows 2000 will end July 13, 2010, when for this OS is no longer available to new security updates and patches. Enhanced support for Windows XP Service Pack 3 ends April 8, 2014, which will cause the company either completely independently to ensure the security of its network, or immediately upgrade all computers.
