Thread: Sparkle: GeForce GT240 with 1GB of GDDR5

Sparkle has announced the launch of a new GeForce, the SXT2401024D5 NM. Behind this name hides a GeForce 240 GT equipped with 1GB of GDDR5 memory (while SXT2401024S3-NM, the other GeForce GT 240 in manufacturer's catalog, use its side of GDDR3 memory).

We thus find a GT215 graphics chip etched in 40 nm and clocked at 550 MHz and GDDR5 memory running at 1340 MHz on a 128-bit bus. Output VGA, DVI and HDMI are of course available. Expected below 100 euro, this GeForce 240 GT is expected to emerge in the coming days.
