Apogee has just introduced a mini DisplayPort HDMI adapter to connect any high definition product on the screen of a 27-inch iMac.

The DisplayPort interface is bidirectional. Specifically, the mini DisplayPort can send a picture, like any DVI or VGA before him, but receiving one.The problem is that apart from the Mac and the next ATI card, no one uses.
A Blu-ray on an iMac
Apogee's solution alleviates this problem by connecting any HDMI product on the 27-inch iMac to use as screen. So officially the first iMac to be able to play movies on Blu-ray, although we are confident that this configuration is not that consumers were waiting, a player ad hoc built into the computer was easier and cheaper.
