If all goes well, AMD will launch during 2010 its new mobile platform Danube, composed of dual-core and quad-core "Champlain and the RS880M chipset, integrating the latter part of DirectX 10.1 compatible graphics. Future GPUs DirectX 11 Broadway, Madison and Park should be part of this platform.

The manufacturer plans to launch 12 processors on this occasion: 9 processors based on K10 architecture, and three on the K8 architecture (Athlon II N330 and P320 as well as single-core V120). The TDP range from 25 to 45 watts, while the frequency range from 2.1 GHz to 3.1 GHz. If the new CPU will not perhaps not AMD to regain the flag of the mobile processor more powerful, they should however allow the manufacturer to strengthen its mobile offering.
