Thread: New DDR3 kits for Silicon Power

Silicon Power today announces its new modules Xpower. We have here to overclock to DDR3 with higher frequencies of 1600 (CL8), 1800, 2000 and 2133 MHz (CL9). The tension bars Xpower is 1.65 volts, the maximum acceptable for Intel platforms, the target of new kits Silicon Power, both in dual channel (2x2GB) or triple channel (3x2Go).

This memory adopts a new heatsink aluminum, whose design is advertised as being very effective. The Taiwanese company has focused on reliability by choosing an 8-layer PCBs, and adopting technology ODT (On-Die Termination), which also allows mounting frequency easier. All kits announced today are guaranteed for life by the manufacturer. They will be available soon at prices not known yet.
