ZOTAC H55-ITX WiFi is one of the most attractive HTPC motherboard, we ran on during this year. With barely two weeks preceded in the 2010 says it is perhaps not so much but Zotac has certainly served a cool solution for Intel's new Clarksdale architecture. Intel's new Core i3 and i5 Core processors come with a 32 nanometer CPUs with HyperThreading and as an integrated graphics chip contains all the basic components you could possibly need in a HTPC.
Zotac is now making room for these processors in a motherboard of mini-ITX format with H55 Intel chipset supports all of the DDR3 memory to WiFi and HDMI video output. Thanks to Intel's optimizations of integrated GPU are inter alia the full support of bit streaming of the high-resolution audio formats Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD, something otherwise only supported by AMD's Radeon HD 5000-series.
Intel HD Graphics GPU: n also provides hardware acceleration of H.264, VC-1, MPEG-2 and other high-definition video formats. While the motherboard also comes with a PCIe x16 spot for those who want to enjoy some extra graphics power.
Zotac seems to have ticked off most things we want in a HTPC solution, and the only thing we lack is now a 32 nanometer update of Intel's incorporated graphics chip, which would lower power utilization and make the platform even more HTPC-friendly.
