Silicon Power has recently announced the launch of a new line of DDR3 memory modules called Xpower. Using an 8-layer PCB and chips in FBGA format, these modules are distinguished by their heat sink: the manufacturer says that its solution is two times more efficient than standard radiators...

These strips are available in packs of 4 GB (dual-channel) and 6GB (three channel), at frequencies of 1600 MHz (CL8), 1800 MHz, 2000 MHz and 2133 MHz (CL9). The operating voltage is in all cases of 1.65 V.Guaranteed for life, these kits do not yet have pricing or availability date.
