Thread: Cougar declares new 80 Plus power supplies from 300 watts Bronze?

The German manufacturer Compucase should soon launch in Europe of new power under the brand Cougar, and developments of existing references. The powerX, SX and CMX will therefore be based on the Power, S and existing CM. The changes between the old and new versions are noticeably weak, with a new fan motor hydro dynamics, and new packaging. The Cougar A and RI will be more interesting, they show respectively Qualifications 80 Plus Gold and Bronze.

The RI represents the very high end, while the A series is positioned as entry level, beginning with powers from 300 watts. If rates are not too high, the Cougars could be perfect for those who want a block of low power with a good performance. We look forward to learning more about these new...
