Thread: Solidata Launches SSD SLC price floor

The Solidata K5-64i just made its appearance in Japan. This new flash drive to feature a mix controller Indilinx with 64 GB of Intel flash memory type SLC. The SSD is actually an evolution of a previous model, the K5-64RE, which used to share the Samsung NAND SLC signed. Indilinx The controller comes with 64MB of cache.
