Super Talent today announced its flash drives TeraDrive FT2. The new SSD controller adopts the SF-1500 SandForce. They will be offered with 50, 100, 200 and 400 GB MLC flash memory or 50, 100 and 200 GB SLC. The California manufacturer announces sequential speeds of 250 Mb / s, reading as writing. It's more or less the values measured on the prototype OCZ tested recently by us. The TeraDrive FT2 will be guaranteed two (MLC) or three (SLC) years, they are expected by the end of the quarter, without further details. Their rates are likely to match their performance, and their classification "business".
