Super Talent has unveiled a new line of hard drives for enterprises called "TeraDrive FT2. Combining different models in 2.5-inch SSD these all use a controller SandForce SF-1500. They boarded the MLC NAND flash memory or SLC and are available in capacities of 50GB, 100GB, 200GB and 400GB (solely with MLC flash memory in the latter case).

The producer signifies that these SSD reach speeds of around 250 MB / s reading and writing and up to 30 000 IOPS. TeraDrive FT2 SSDs are by now accessible - in limited quantity, but - for OEMs. They should however be offered in larger amounts by the end of the quarter. Super Talent has unfortunately not stated price.
