Corsair will soon introduce two new lines of flash drives, the Nova and Reactor.
The Nova will have 64MB of cache, and will be available with 64 and 128 GB MLC flash memory. It reaches speeds of 215 MB / s read and 130MB / s writing in the case of V64, and 195 MB / s writing in the case of the V128. The reactor will provide 60 or 120 GB of NAND MLC with 128 MB DRAM. Version 60 GB to 250 MB / s read and 110MB / s write while the 120 GB up to 170 MB / s write.
Corsair should launch these new flash drives soon, with prices around 150 € for 60/64 GB and 300 € for 120/128 GB Manufacturer California proposes new standards, and if you wait to have more of information on their performance to judge them, we regret the absence of a model designed on the basis SandForce the controller to the mode in early 2010.
