Intel's low-power Atom CPUs have by now been deployed in a remastered. Processor producer baked into both the memory controller including graphics core openly into the CPU, which resulted in almost halving in energy utilization compared to the foremost generation Atom platform. Currently it has cropped up details on two innovative models of Intel's Atom CPU N4x0 which updated the incorporated memory controller with support for DDR3 memory.
Intel Atom N475 is the top model as with a clock speed of 1.85 GHz, a power consumption of 6.5 W. While sibling Atom N455 adhere to a 1.66 GHz clock speed and the same power as today's N450 model, 5.5 W.
What it seems to be the new Atom processors does not differ a great deal from today's models. Performance differences will probably not be particularly noticeable, but hopefully it can be more efficient memory technology pull down the platform's power consumption by a further one percent.
